Security Services
Security & CCTV Monitoring Services
We provide security round the clock through our own vehicles alongwith police personnel. These patrolling vehicles are being monitored through CCTV Cameras round the O’clock by the security office.
Beat of QIE Vehicles & Motorcycles
Apart from 3 vehicles patrolling the Industrial Estate, 6motorcycles also petrol the area which are driven by QIE driver and manned by a Police person sitting behind with weapon.
Construction of Police Station
The establishment of a new police station at QIE by the Board of Management has significantly reduced crimes like mobile snatching, theft, and wire cutting, aiming to make the estate crime-free.
QIE - Emergency Services
Fire Brigade Station
Since February 2007, QIE's Fire Brigade has operated with two tenders and two water bowsers. It has handled 248 fire incidents swiftly, earning 65 commendation letters.
QIE - Ambulance
A fully loaded ambulance service has been added by the BOM to QIE Emergency Center with a view to evacuate injured workers to the hospital. The main objective is to provide emergency service to the workers at their doorstep.
Emergency Help Line 1044
The Board of Management urged to link all services under one help line i.e. “1044”, through which any of the resident from QIE industrial Estate can get help without any loss of time.
Other Services
Solid Waste Lifting & Disposal
QIE outsources solid waste management to a private company, which collects waste thrice daily with 25 workers. LWMC disposes it at Mahmood Boti Station.
QIE-Labour Canteen
Nine Labour Model Restaurants have been built to serve 90 people each, with two more planned. All will include water filtration plants for clean drinking water.
Dengue Virus Campaign
Anti-dengue spray is done every Monday and Thursday, March to November, across the Industrial Estate.
Disaster Management Help Desk
The Disaster Management Help Desk has been established for the counseling of the workers as well as industrialists with a view to help them at the time of any emergency / hazard
